A sewer connection permit is needed whenever a new Sanitary Sewer tap is to be made. Tap in fees are due at the time the permit is issued. Fees are based on the proposed use of the development:
- Single Family Residential: $600
- Other uses will require fees to be calculated.
A Sewer connection permit is also needed if a repair is to be made to an existing sanitary service connection. There are no fees for a permit taken for repairs.
All work on existing or new sanitary sewers must be performed by a bonded contractor.
