Garage and yard sales within the City are regulated (Chapter 748, Codified Ordinances of the City of Youngstown). A Garage Sale Permit, valid for 3 consecutive days, must be purchased for $5. Only 5 permits may be purchased in one year. For more information, contact the Finance Department:
