Adam V. Buente is a lifelong resident of the Mahoning Valley. After graduating from Canfield High School, he earned his bachelor’s degree (2010) and law degree (2014) from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. He moved back to the Youngstown area in 2014 and began his career as an associate at Manchester, Newman & Bennett, LPA, until 2017. He practiced as a solo practitioner from 2018 to 2020, until accepting a position in the City Law Department’s Civil Division in February of 2020. His appointment as Law Director began on January 1, 2026, after the swearing in of Mayor Derrick McDowell. He resides in Canfield with his wife Kate and two children. |
