Submit a Public Event Application

Groups and organizations that wish to host a public event within the City must complete a Special Event Application Packet (see below) and submit it to the Office of Events & Special Projects:

Please note that submission of the application does not constitute confirmation for your event. The Office of Events & Special Projects will coordinate the approval process and communicate confirmation to you within 5 working days after submission.
